"Easy to study on my phone"
I’ve been using issaonline.com mostly on my phone, and it’s been sorta great so far.
The lessons load quickly, and I can read through stuff or knock out quizzes whenever I have a little free time, like on lunch or before bed. It’s also easy to pick back up where I left off.
I like not having to pull out my laptop every time I want to study. It fits into my schedule way better, so I’d give it 5 stars.

I was a little unsure at first because the price was lower than I expected, but after trying it, I’m relieved. It feels solid and does what I need without costing a ton.

When I applied, my gym manager recognized ISSA right away, which definitely made things easier. The course was simple to work around my schedule, and HR didn’t question the certification at all. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it if you’re looking for something flexible and recognized.

"Advisor was really helpful"
the advisor made the whole thing easy. I had a few questions before signing up, and they walked me through everything in plain language without being pushy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to wait a little while for a reply

"Really supportive community and staff"
I’ve been working through my ISSA course, the support has really been one of the best parts of the whole experience so far.
Whenever I’ve gotten stuck or had a question, student support has gotten back to me quickly, and they never made me feel silly for asking something basic. The community has been really helpful too, with people sharing tips, encouragement, and just keeping things positive.
It makes studying online feel a lot less lonely, which I didn’t really expect. It’s nice knowing there’s usually someone around if I need help or just a little extra motivation...

"Honestly, this worked right away"
My gut reaction after trying it was, yeah, this is actually useful. The stuff I learned was simple to apply with real clients at my gym, and it genuinely helped me bring in more clients.

"The exam process was really easy to follow"
I was a little nervous going into the exam, but ISSA made the whole process really clear. I always knew what step was next, and the instructions before starting helped me feel more prepared instead of confused. Everything was simple to understand, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. By the end, I felt relieved and really grateful that it wasn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be.

"Really happy with it so far"
I’m really happy with ISSA up to this point. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and I like that I can fit them in around work without feeling rushed. Even doing a little bit after dinner or on a quiet morning has been manageable. I also had a question for support and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s been a really good experience.

"So many specialization options"
I went with ISSA mostly because they offer way more than just the basic personal trainer certification. They had nutrition, strength, corrective exercise, online coaching, and a bunch of other options all in one place, which made it feel a lot easier to figure out what direction I wanted to go.
I liked not having to bounce around different sites trying to compare programs. It’s been straightforward so far, and I’m happy with my choice.

"Refund was handled fairly"
I signed up and then realized it wasn’t really what I needed, so I asked for a refund. Their refund policy was actually easy to find, which is more than I can say for some places. It took a few days to process, but they didn’t make it awkward or try to dodge it, so overall I’d say it was fair.

"Pretty simple site to use!"
I’ve been using ISSA for my course, it’s been easy to navigate. The lessons load without any real issues, and I can usually find what I’m looking for quickly. A couple of pages felt a little slow or kind of clunky? But nothing that really got in the way. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

"Pretty good course overall"
I thought the course was solid overall. The lessons were easy to follow, and I really, really liked the examples because they made things much clearer. A few sections did feel a little too long, but I still learned a lot and felt like it was worth going through.

The billing part was clear enough and I didn’t have any major issues figuring it out. That said, I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality, so I’d want to use it a bit more before saying it’s definitely reliable

"Helpful nutrition course, though a little heavy at times"
I remember coming away from this course with a much better understanding of nutrition overall. A lot of the information was genuinely useful, and I still think back to a few of the tips. That said, some sections felt a bit dry and harder to get through, but overall I’m glad I took it.

I was really glad ISSA offered a payment plan because it made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming for me. I didn’t have to pay everything upfront, which was a huge help, and the payments were easy to understand with no weird surprises. From my experience so far, it’s been simple to manage and made starting the course way more doable. I’m happy with how it’s gone

"Solid cert, sorta wish it went deeper"
I went with ISSA mostly because it’s a recognizable certification and seems to be accepted by a lot of gyms. So far, nobody has questioned it, which was the main thing I was worried about before signing up.
The course was easy to follow and didn’t feel overwhelming, but some sections were sorta basic. Still, if you’re trying to get a legit certification and start working as a trainer, it gets the job done. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s good overall, just could use a bit more depth.

"Actually got some solid job leads"
I used their job placement support it was helpful. It wasn’t instant or anything, there was a little back and forth, a few emails, some waiting around, the usual stuff. Kind of reminded me of trying to schedule a dentist appointment, except at least this ended with interviews instead of someone poking at my teeth. They sent over some job leads and gave me a few tips that actually made sense, and I ended up getting interviews from it. Overall, a good experience
